As a long time patient of Town Square Dental, I didn't know what to expect when I learned that Dr. Heidner was retiring. When I showed up to get my teeth cleaned I was wondering who and what this new dentist was all about. I introduced myself to Dr. Shaaban as soon as I saw him. I had good vibes right away. I knew at that moment that I wasn't going to have any issues with the new dentist. When it was time to have him check my teeth after cleaning we had a conversation to meet each other, and it was determined that I had a cavity and needed a filling, which he had time to do right then. Dr. Shaaban made me comfortable, didn't hurt me and did a great job. When I was done he had a mini- football for me from my favorite team, the Raiders. He wanted to make sure that I was in no pain, asked for my cell number and said he would check with me later to see if I was ok. Never really thinking he would call me because after going to the dentist for 50 years no dentist ever called and asked if I was ok. Believe it or not about 7:30 p.m. that night my phone rang with a strange number and I answered it and low and behold it was Dr. Shaaban checking up on me. He had a customer for life, I even sent my son and his girlfriend to him and they are now patients. Dr. Shaaban and I have become friends from this experience. His staff is awesome, very friendly and always going our of their way to accommodate your needs and making your visit as pleasant and as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shabban to anyone.

I came here in September with a broken tooth. They took me within an hour to help me with no appointment. I have had to have a lot of dental work done since I haven't been here in four years. Dr. Shaaban and staff have been very helpful, arriving at office, I haven't had to wait. what I think is very good, Dr. Shaaban personally calls to check on and follow up. very happy.
